Common questions

I paid, but the worlds are still locked.
Open the settings gear, go to the parents' area, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your purchase with the App Store and never charges you again. Make sure the device is online and signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
I changed phones. Do I have to pay again?
No. Use Restore Purchases in the parents' area with the same Apple Account. Game progress, however, is stored only on the device and does not transfer.
How do I get into the parents' area?
Tap the settings gear, then the padlock button. You will be asked to solve a multiplication problem — this keeps children out of the purchase screen.
The purchase says it is waiting for approval.
That is Apple's Ask to Buy feature. Another parent has to approve the request on their own device. The game unlocks by itself once they do — no need to pay again.
Can my child spend money by accident?
No. The only purchase in the game sits behind the parental gate, and payment is always confirmed by Apple with your Face ID, Touch ID, or password.
How do I reset the progress?
Deleting and reinstalling the app clears all progress. Your purchase is not lost — restore it with Restore Purchases.

Zakup pisze, że czeka na zgodę.
To funkcja Apple Poproś o zgodę na zakup. Drugi rodzic musi zatwierdzić prośbę na swoim telefonie. Gra odblokuje się sama — nie trzeba płacić ponownie.
Czy dziecko może przypadkiem wydać pieniądze?
Nie. Jedyny zakup w grze jest za bramką rodzicielską, a płatność i tak potwierdza Apple Twoim Face ID, Touch ID albo hasłem.
Jak zresetować postęp?
Usunięcie i ponowna instalacja gry czyści cały postęp. Zakup nie przepada — przywrócisz go przyciskiem Przywróć zakupy.
